ESTATE IN MONTES DE TOLEDO

This estate is located south of Toledo, "the imperial city", a city full of history and witness to the mixture of three different cultures, Christians, Jews and Muslims, which coexisted over time. Toledo was classified as a World Heritage Site in 1986.

Amongst the notable landscape elements are the Cabañeros National Park, as well as the birth of the Algodor River and the Almonte and Amarguillo rivers, tributaries of the Tagus and Guadiana, respectively. As one of the few green areas in the interior of Castilla-La Mancha, the Montes de Toledo harbours a wide variety of animal and plant species.

The private house is completely renovated following the style of the area. To maintain the original charm, the house has been decorated with rustic furniture yet still having all the characteristics of a modern house. Thoroughbly developed since its construction, this “cortijo”, collects all the signs and values of a past time, with a point of innovation.

The old stone farmhouse linked to the bullfighting ring, makes an original set of stone structures that are ideal for holding corporate events and meetings.
