CEO and founder of Events of Excellence. Expert in the luxury sector with over 25 years of experience working for large firms, has an extensive training in business management. Her philosophy is based on customer orientation detecting and covering all your needs, keeping in mind the achievement of excellence. She has developed her career for 15 years as a Director of Sales for prestigious brands. For over 10 years she has specialized in marketing, management and organization of corporate events, launching important companies such as Haciendas of Spain or Bodegas Hacienda Monasterio.

SYLVIA GIRÓN

SYLVIA GIRÓN

Founding partner of The Sibarist. real estate advisor and interorist. Graduated as interior designer at the IADE design school. After exercising sporadically as an independent interior designer, she entered the real estate sector by acquiring investment experience with Salamanca Asesores Inmobiliarios, S. A. Later she joined as co-owner and Commercial Director in Yemas de Santa Teresa, S.A, a career that lasts 18 years, where she acquires a great experience in commercial, marketing and a broad business vision, resulting in a positioning in brand value. In 2009 she created her own office as real estate consultant and interior designer, managing different family real estate businesses. In 2014 she founded The Sibarist, linking her passion for unique spaces and real estate vision.

SILVIA HENGSTENBERG

Founding partner of The Sibarist. Hotel consultant, executive and team coach accredited by ICF and European School of Coaching. Postgraduate in Hospitality Management by Les Roches, Marbella. Swiss Hotel Management School. Degree in Tourism Management. CDTUR Madrid. Trainer in management skills, communication and sales teams. She has worked with first class hotel brands. More than 15 years of professional experience in the commercial, marketing and development of people within the tourism sector. Together with his mother, Sylvia Girón, she founded The Sibarist in 2014, where she applied her hotel vision to real estate management. Marketing and communication lover.
