ESTATE IN SIGÜENZA

This magnificent private estate, one of the largest in the Valley of Henares, is located in a privileged enclave. A few minutes away from the medieval city of Siguenza and strategically located on the valley, it played a great defensive role during the Middle Ages. In fact, on the opposite river bank –known as Miron Hill– rests of human settlements dating back to the Iron Age have been found.

In the centre of the estate, at the highest point from which you can appreciate spectacular views of the valley, you´ll find the main house, a small palace surrounded by extensive gardens and protected by a 19th century chapel. In its interior, all the spaces are decorated and furnished in coherence with the rest of the palace. They are characterized by pine, juniper and marble floors, which create a cozy and familiar atmosphere.

In addition to all events or company meetings, there is the chance to carry out any kind of outdoor activity, or even on sunny days, to hold meetings or company meals in its splendid garden.
