This splendid private estate, including a 16th century château, is very close to the historic city ofToledo. It is surrounded by mountains and hectares of countryside. It has been meticulously conserved on the outside and completely renovated on the inside.
The house is bursting with history: Empress Eugenie, wife of Napoleon III and last empress ofFrance, once lived here. In addition, it has hosted many famous people including Alfonso XIII ofSpain, King Juan Carlos ofSpain, and many other people fromEurope’s main royal families.
The château is surrounded by a spectacular garden, designed by Frenchman Jean-Claude Nicolas Forestier in the late 19th century. It has recently been expanded and improved. This is a one of a kind private house and no other place in the entire country can compete. Tradition combines with all the modern comforts to provide our guests with a very special experience.
