Events of Excellence was founded with two aims: firstly, to meet even the most demanding of clients' expectations and, secondly, of becoming a point of reference in the corporate event management sector. We are a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who innovatively commission and set up corporate events and incentive plans. These are based on combining leisure and work in natural spaces that are surrounded by history, or in exclusive urban spaces within large cities.

Our vision: the added-value of combining work, leisure and relaxation activities on private estates is being recognised more and more in business, particularly for senior management and their teams. Events of Excellence offers you all our spaces and all our experience so that you can get the most out of your event – whether it be a conference, a team meeting, a product presentation or launch or any other occasion where your brand deserves to and needs to shine.

How we work: once we have identified your needs and expectations, we personally select the spaces and rooms and then adapt them to your event or experience - we create a unique atmosphere for you. Thanks to our team, we know the sector well and have the skills to exceed our customers’ expectations. We can manage everything from planning and production to follow your event up. BEATRIZ PASTRANA

CEO and founder of Events of Excellence.  An expert in the luxury sector with more than 25 years’ experience working for large corporations. She has extensive training in sales management. Her vision is based on customer orientation, identifying and meeting customer needs, always placing emphasis on achieving excellence. She spent 15 years of her career as Director of Sales for prestigious brands. For more than 10 years she has specialized in marketing, managing and organizing corporate events, and has launched important companies such as Haciendas de España or Bodegas Hacienda Monasterio.
