VALDEPALACIOS

Valdepalacios is a palatial estate of the nineteenth century. This is not your everyday hotel, but a place where guests will feel as if they were in their own house. With 27 spacious rooms ranging from 40 to 80 square meters, each of one with differently decorated, you can choose between staying in the estate´s original house –built in the nineteenth century–, or in the rooms distributed around the garden, all with splendid views of the countryside.

Tierra, the restaurant, has 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Guide Soles, and Chef José Carlos Fuentes, Chef of the Year 2010, manages it. The estate has its own vegetable garden and a small farm, which means that many of the products to be enjoyed at meals are totally natural and fresh. Likewise, it also has several spaces where guests can have simpler and lighter dishes.

Our guests can relax in our fantastic spa based on the concept of wellness created by Angelo Caroli. Italian luxury is mixed with an enchanted place, in which body and soul are revitalized; an exquisite Spa area, two private treatment cabins and a fitness corner.

At Valdepalacios we offer pristine nature and personalized attention, as well as the possibility to enjoy various activities and services organized and supervised by our staff. You can have a walk around the estate, ride a bike, go horse riding, golf on our driving range, attend cooking courses and wine tastings, or enjoy a great "safari" to get to know the native fauna of Valdepalacios such as red deer, roe deer, partridges, eagles, etc.
