This exclusive space is located on the ground floor of Antonio Maura 12, one of the most exclusive locations in the Spanish capital. The building, Marquis of Santa Cruz de Ynguanzo´s former residence, has a classic and very manorial style, very much in accordance with its elegant surroundings; and just a few meters away from the Hotel Ritz, the Prado Museum, the Stock Exchange Hall, the Retiro Park and the Jeronimos Church.
The space has a total area of 190 m2, completely renovated with an open New Yorkish style and ceilings with a maximum height of 4 meters facing Antonio Maura and Alfonso XI streets. It has five open spaces that could be divided into reception, office, showroom, living room / library and an exhibition hall, and with two independent accesses –one straight from the street, and another from the interior staircase– allows even more flexibility.
